    Capitol Plaza Fountain, Linen Card, 1951 Defense Stamp. Condition is "Used," but writing on postal side has an ink stain and there is an ink mark across fountain on lithograph side. Postmark is May 13, 1951, with a one-cent "For Defense" stamp.. Shipped with USPS First Class Package with tracking.
