These Jerry Beagley Youth Chaps are handcrafted of top-quality leather, with fringe and two crosses with conchos on each leg.  Adjustable around the thighs and waist to make them fit your bull rider just right.  These are serious chaps, made just like the adult version; not kid’s costumes.
